Candidate Lashes Out at Polls in Fiery TV Interview

An interview with Eran Ben-Ari, a candidate for the "Amcha Israel" party, on Channel 14 became heated when the interviewer confronted him with recent polls. The surveys indicated that the party would not pass the electoral threshold to enter the Knesset.

Ben-Ari vehemently rejected the poll results, asserting that his party is poised to exceed the threshold and achieve significant electoral success. "We are passing, passing big, and it will only get stronger. The surprise of the elections, that is clear to me," he stated.

During the interview, Ben-Ari also addressed speculation about potential future alliances. He dismissed the possibility of his party cooperating with Avigdor Lieberman, questioning the scenario of Lieberman becoming prime minister without the Likud party. He also categorically denied any potential coalition with Mansour Abbas, labeling such claims as "an absolute lie."

Furthermore, Ben-Ari commented on perceived negative messaging from the Likud party towards "Amcha Israel." He warned that attempts to undermine his party could be detrimental to the right-wing bloc. "It is a colossal mistake. If he wants to go towards the opposition, then going after us is a wonderful offer. If that is his decision, it means he has decided he is going to the opposition," Ben-Ari said, seemingly referring to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
