Noam Party Candidate Vows to Continue Election Race Despite Polls

Yiska Haimov, a Knesset candidate for the Noam party led by Avi Maoz, has stated the party intends to continue its election campaign until the very end, despite polls suggesting it may not pass the electoral threshold. Haimov, who is also the sister of Shin Bet chief David Zini, asserted that the true test of the party's viability will only be clear a few days before election day.

Speaking in an interview, Haimov explained that the decisive moment for determining if the party crosses the threshold is not now, but rather five days before the election, when the full picture will emerge. She expressed confidence in the party's chances, stating, "We believe it is possible," and noted that the party is working to forge additional alliances to strengthen its list.

Addressing the possibility of withdrawing if the party remains far from the threshold close to election day, Haimov emphasized that Noam is a right-wing party committed to supporting the right side of the political map. She described the party as responsible, capable of taking action when necessary, but reiterated their determination to "run until the end with the knowledge and hope that we can pass the electoral threshold."
