Diplomat Israel Relocates Headquarters to New Business Park

Diplomat, one of Israel's largest import and distribution companies, has signed a significant lease agreement to move its headquarters from Airport City to the Na'imi Park business complex near the Mesubim interchange. The move, scheduled for 2028, will see over 300 employees relocate to approximately 5,000 square meters of office space, with ample parking for staff and visitors.

The 10-year lease, with an option for a five-year extension, underscores the growing development of the Mesubim area as a key employment hub within the Tel Aviv metropolitan area. Diplomat joins other companies like H. Stern and KLS Vehicle Finance that have already established a presence at Na'imi Park.

Carmit Na'imi, co-owner of the Na'imi Group, highlighted the park's strategic location, emphasizing its accessibility via the future Purple Line metro and its proximity to major highways, offering a balance between a suburban work environment and connectivity to central Tel Aviv and surrounding cities. She stated that the move signifies employee well-being, providing new offices, green spaces, and room for growth.

Yossi Horav, CEO of Diplomat Israel, described the relocation as part of a broader strategic initiative for growth and expansion, aligning the company's infrastructure with future needs. He noted that the choice of Na'imi Park was based on a comprehensive assessment of the company's and its employees' requirements, including accessibility and a conducive work environment, positioning Diplomat Israel for future success.
