Eyal Golan Accuser Threatens Lawsuit Against Rapper Ron Nesher

The woman who accused Israeli singer Eyal Golan of sexual offenses is threatening legal action against rapper Ron Nesher. The threat stems from statements Nesher made during a podcast appearance, where he claimed to know the accuser and referred to her as "mentally ill."

In a pre-litigation warning letter sent by her attorney, the accuser states that Nesher called her "psychotic" and suggested she had demanded hundreds of thousands of shekels, implying the matter could be "made to disappear" in exchange for payment. The letter further notes that when Nesher was asked if this constituted extortion, he did not deny it, instead continuing to describe materials he claimed to have seen and his conclusions.

Nesher's remarks created a "severe factual misrepresentation," the letter argues, suggesting the accuser or her representatives sought significant sums from Golan, using the complaint as leverage. The accuser "categorically denies" these allegations, asserting she never sent anyone to demand money, authorized negotiations, or offered to make the complaint or investigation disappear for payment.

The accuser's legal team emphasized that she never authorized anyone to negotiate financial settlements or make deals on her behalf. The letter reiterates that she never proposed, directly or indirectly, that her complaint or the related investigation would be dropped in return for payment.
