Kosher Fast-Food Chain Rapidus Opens First Eilat Branch

The fast-food chain Rapidus, part of the BBB Group, has opened its first kosher branch in the southern city of Eilat. The new restaurant, which required an investment of approximately one million shekels, is located on Tamarim Boulevard and aims to serve both local residents and the many tourists who visit Eilat.

The kosher branch spans about 60 square meters and offers seating for around 40 people, both indoors and outdoors. The menu features the chain's signature dish, the "Crunch Wrap," which can be made with various meat options including beef, brisket, chicken, crispy chicken, or a vegan alternative. Prices for the Crunch Wrap range from 58 to 67 shekels, depending on the meat choice.

Other menu items include tacos, such as the "Tacos Bi'Riya" with brisket for 63 shekels, "Hot Wings" with nine crispy wings in a Mexican barbecue sauce for 47 shekels, corn ribs for 36 shekels, and chicken tenders for 49 shekels.

Rapidus CEO Ahuvah Turgeman stated that the decision to open in Eilat was driven by the city's tourism potential and its local and tourist clientele. She added that the chain is observing a growing demand for fast, high-quality, and accessible food that offers a unique experience.

This Eilat opening is part of Rapidus's broader national expansion. With the new branch, Rapidus now operates seven locations across Israel, including in Netanya, Tel Aviv, Herzliya, Rishon LeZion, Nahariya, and Be'er Ya'akov.
