News Anchor Adva Dadon Warns of Impersonators on Social Media

Channel 12 investigative reporter and news anchor Adva Dadon has alerted the public to a fraudulent Facebook group created in her name without her consent. The group's operators are sending messages to Israelis, inviting them to join a "free WhatsApp club" for professional advice on financial matters, retirement planning, and politics, asking recipients to reply 'yes'.

Dadon posted screenshots of these messages on her social media, urging followers to be cautious, not to join any groups, not to share personal details, and certainly not to click on any links. She requested that users report the fraudulent profile on Facebook and share the warning.

The impersonators have set up a Facebook page that claims to be the official page for Dadon's investigative desk and the "The Scammers" (HaNoklim) system at Channel 12. Dadon asked her followers to report this page as well.
