Ashdod FC Seeks Loan Signing of Hapoel Be'er Sheva Midfielder Itay Hazut
Following the acquisition of Oral Dgani, MS Ashdod is actively pursuing further reinforcements before the transfer window closes, aiming for promotion back to the Premier League. Their latest target is 19-year-old midfielder Itay Hazut from Hapoel Be'er Sheva.
Ashdod is pushing to sign Hazut on loan, intending to give him a significant role in the team. Hapoel Be'er Sheva has not ruled out the possibility at this stage.
Hazut, son of former Hapoel Be'er Sheva player Gadi Hazut, recently made his first start of the season in the league match against Hapoel Petah Tikva, though he was substituted at halftime. Last season, he made eight appearances across all competitions for Hapoel Be'er Sheva, scoring one penalty goal against Maccabi Haifa in the season finale.
