Jerusalem Man's Detention Extended in 10-Year-Old's Kidnapping Case
A Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court has extended the detention of Yigal Buskila, 19, from Jerusalem, by three additional days. Buskila is suspected of kidnapping 10-year-old Yahli Sofer from Petah Tikva. During the court hearing, new details emerged regarding the hours the suspect was missing with the child. "The child cried in the shelter, asked to leave, and he did not let him," stated a police representative. Buskila, who is homeless and from Jerusalem, is also suspected of two other attempted kidnappings. His defense attorneys claim he has an intellectual disability.
