Hapoel Holon Basketball Player Drew Drewell Out for Weeks with Hamstring Tear
Drew Drewell, a new point guard for Hapoel Holon, has been diagnosed with a hamstring tear and will be sidelined for several weeks. The injury occurred during a Winner Cup game against Ironi Ness Ziona.
Drewell, 24, who stands at 1.91 meters and is a member of the Jamaican national team, joined Hapoel Holon this season. Last season, he played for Pau-Orthez in the French second division, averaging 10.9 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game.
The professional staff at Hapoel Holon is now actively seeking a replacement point guard to integrate quickly, in preparation for the team's upcoming challenges both domestically and in the Champions League.
