However, investigations by "9 Channel" found no direct link to the alleged Chinese source, and the cited portal did not contain the claimed statements about the Russian missile.
Furthermore, the assertion that the missile's display in El Alamein, Egypt, was a deliberate show of force near Israel was also challenged. El Alamein is located over 500 kilometers from the Israeli border, making the claim of a proximity demonstration questionable.
The "Dan-T" is described as an export version of Russia's "Banderol," combining features of a cruise missile and a loitering munition. It reportedly has a range of up to 500 kilometers when launched from the air and around 250 kilometers from the ground, with the ability to search for targets. While these capabilities could complicate interception, its stated cruising speed of approximately 500 km/h is within the scope of Israel's existing air defense experience with cruise missiles and drones.
