Arab Poll Shows Joint List Leading in Knesset Election Survey
A recent 24-hour online poll conducted by the Arabic news outlet Kul Al-Arab, targeting Arab voters for the upcoming 26th Knesset elections, indicates a strong preference for Arab political parties. The survey, which garnered 1,672 responses, saw the Joint List emerge as the frontrunner with 881 votes, representing 52.7% of the total. The United Arab List followed with 593 votes, or 35.5%.
Together, the Joint List and the United Arab List secured 1,474 votes, accounting for 88.2% of all responses. This suggests a significant consolidation of support around these two major Arab political factions within the surveyed population.
The poll also measured sentiments regarding voter turnout and other political options. Only 67 participants, or 4.0%, indicated they would boycott the elections or not vote. Other parties, including Israeli ones, received a combined total of 131 votes, with the "Democrats" party garnering the most among them at 62 votes (3.7%). Parties like Likud, Yisrael Beiteinu, and Shas received minimal support in the poll.
