Yigal Buskila, a 19-year-old from Jerusalem, has been identified as the suspect in the kidnapping of 10-year-old Yahli Sofer from Petah Tikva, authorities announced Friday. Police sought to release Buskila's name and photograph due to suspicions that Sofer may not have been the only minor Buskila allegedly harmed.
