New Poll Shows Coalition Bloc Gaining, Likud Weakening Ahead of Elections

A new "Maariv" poll released Friday indicates a shift in the Israeli political landscape following the submission of party lists for the upcoming Knesset elections. The coalition bloc has gained three seats, reaching a total of 50 mandates, largely due to the "Amcha Yisrael" party successfully crossing the electoral threshold. This is a significant boost for Ofer Winter and his party, as they failed to pass the threshold in the previous poll.

Conversely, the Likud party has seen a notable decline, polling at only 19 mandates, its lowest figure since May 29, 2025. Despite this, the overall coalition bloc's strength has increased by three seats. The poll also shows the "Reservists and Economic" party, led by Huldai and Zelicha, failing to cross the electoral threshold this time, a reversal from the previous survey where they succeeded while "Amcha Yisrael" did not.

The poll results project the "Yash" party leading with 25 mandates, followed by Likud with 19, "Beitech" with 14, "Democrats" with 10, "Yisrael Beiteinu" with 9, "Otzma Yehudit" with 8, "United Torah Judaism" and "Shas" with 7 each, the "Joint Arab List" with 7, "Ra'am" with 5, "Religious Zionism-Identity" with 5, and "Amcha Yisrael" with 4.

In terms of blocs, the opposition bloc of Zionist parties is projected to receive 58 mandates, while Arab parties collectively secure 12 mandates. Several parties did not meet the electoral threshold, including "Reservists and Economic" (3%), "Blue and White" (1.3%), "Noam LeYisrael" (0.7%), and "The Haredi Public" (0.4%). The poll indicates that no bloc currently holds a majority.
