Paramedic Saves 5-Year-Old From Severe Allergic Reaction
A five-year-old boy suffered a life-threatening allergic reaction to sesame in Kiryat Ata on Tuesday. The child was exposed to sesame, leading to a severe reaction that put his life at risk.
United Hatzalah paramedic Yehuda Ze'ev Kreizer administered an EpiPen, an automatic adrenaline injector, to the boy. Following the administration of the epinephrine, the child's condition stabilized.
The boy was then transported to the hospital for further observation and treatment. The incident occurred on Baal Shem Tov Street in Kiryat Ata.
