Man Shot Dead in Tayibe Identified as Workforce Agency Owner
Raid Haj Yahya, a man in his 50s and the owner of a workforce employment agency, was killed in a shooting incident in the city of Tayibe on Thursday evening. Haj Yahya was reportedly targeted by a hail of bullets while inside his vehicle, sustaining critical injuries.
Paramedics from Magen David Adom arrived at the scene to find the victim unconscious, without a pulse or breathing. Despite advanced resuscitation efforts at the scene and en route to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba, medical teams declared him dead due to the severity of his wounds.
The police have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the assassination and are pursuing the perpetrators. Advanced paramedic Mu'ammar Qassem and emergency medical technician Adi Fayoumi described finding the victim completely unresponsive and immediately commencing field resuscitation, including administering emergency medication and controlling bleeding. He was transported by intensive care ambulance to Meir Hospital while resuscitation efforts continued, with his condition classified as extremely critical.
