School Principal Zuri Azran Honored with National Education Award

The Ministry of Education's National Education Awards ceremony took place this week, attended by Education Minister Yoav Kisch and senior ministry officials. Awards were presented to outstanding local authorities, educational institutions, principals, and educators from across Israel. Representing the city of Beit Shemesh was Zuri Azran, principal of "Nitzanei Oz" school, who was recognized as one of twelve groundbreaking principals in the country. Minister Kisch was joined on stage by the Director of the Jerusalem District, Head of the Education Administration Yossi Goldring, and other dignitaries.

The award acknowledges Azran's educational work at "Nitzanei Oz" school, highlighting his leadership, initiative, and innovation. This achievement follows numerous educational successes for Beit Shemesh over the past year. Mayor Shmuel Greenberg congratulated Azran, stating, "This is a moment of great pride for Beit Shemesh.
