Gaza Division Intel Officer Should Be Fired, Says Father of Fallen Soldier
Eyal Eshel, the father of Ronnie Eshel, who was killed on October 7th, spoke out on Radio 103FM about the emptiness of his home during the holidays and criticized the continued service of the Gaza Division's intelligence officer. Eshel stated that the censorship also failed, asserting, "Everyone knew, everyone was silent, everyone turned a blind eye." He expressed frustration and anger that "every day the State of Israel learned new data" and yet there has been no state inquiry commission.
Eshel, along with his wife Sharon and the October Council, is working to bring the truth to light. He shared his difficulty in comprehending how so many were aware of potential threats but remained silent. The interview highlighted the personal grief of losing a child in the conflict and the ongoing struggle for accountability and transparency regarding the events of October 7th.
