Right-Wing Figures Clash Over Ofer Vinter's New Party

A heated debate erupted between right-wing strategist Beraleh Krumby and attorney Eran Ben Ari, a candidate on Ofer Vinter's Knesset list, concerning the viability of Vinter's new party, "Amcha Yisrael." The confrontation, which took place on Channel 13's program "HaTzinor," centered on Krumby's assertion that Vinter's party is unlikely to pass the electoral threshold and will instead "burn votes for the national camp."

Krumby cited past instances of right-wing parties failing to cross the threshold despite favorable polls, including "Yachad" led by Eli Yishai in 2015, Professor Aryeh Eldad and Dr. Michael Ben-Ari in 2013, and Naftali Bennett and Ayelet Shaked in 2019. He expressed strong doubt about Vinter's party's chances of success.

Ben Ari countered that his party represents the sole hope for a right-wing government, criticizing existing parties. He stated that if elected, "Amcha Yisrael" would establish a state commission of inquiry into the October 7th massacre within 45 days of the new Knesset convening. Ben Ari emphasized that only a new political force could effectively investigate the events, including the performance of past governments and the judicial system.
