Lebanese media and social media users have been discussing footage showing an Israeli military tank in the village of Zoutar al-Sharqiyah, apparently emitting laser beams from its turret. Israeli security officials confirmed to Kan News on Wednesday that the tank is an "Oref" (Lion of Judah) model. The "Oref" tank was classified until recently, but a year ago, it was permitted to reveal that some tanks in the Armored Corps possess special capabilities, including enemy identification and location.
