Haifa Learning Advancement Center Opens New Facility in Kiryat Haim

The Center for Learning Advancement Haifa inaugurated its new facility on HaRishonim Street in Kiryat Haim this week. The center will serve as a professional hub for children and families in Kiryat Haim and Kiryat Shmuel, expanding educational, therapeutic, and community services in the area. Its mission is to help every child reach their potential and achieve equal opportunities in learning, social life, and work.

The opening ceremony for the permanent facility was attended by Haifa Mayor Yona Yahav, Center for Learning Advancement Board Chair Chagit Almog, Deputy Mayor Sophy Nakash, Haifa Municipality Director David Lurie, Kiryat Haim Committee Chair Tzila Baruch, Deputy Committee Chair Baruch Shamiulov, Center Director Esti Shahar, center staff, residents, and guests.

The Center for Learning Advancement offers a wide range of professional services in learning, therapy, and guidance, providing crucial support for families needing assistance with learning and developmental challenges. The new building, developed after extensive planning and construction, aims to create a professional, accessible, and welcoming environment for local children.

Mayor Yahav stated at the ceremony, "A good city is measured by how it sees its children, especially those who need a little more attention, guidance, and opportunity. Every child in Haifa deserves to succeed, and every family deserves to know they have a resource. We transformed an old, dilapidated hut into a place of education, therapy, development, and hope. The children of Kiryat Haim and Kiryat Shmuel deserve such a place, receiving the best services close to home in a respectful environment. This is our vision for education in Haifa: to see every child, not give up on anyone, and provide everyone with the tools to progress and succeed."
