Easy Honey-Pomegranate Salmon Recipe for Rosh Hashanah
This recipe offers a simple yet elegant dish for the Rosh Hashanah holiday table: salmon baked with honey and pomegranate.
The preparation involves mixing honey, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and sweet paprika in a small bowl. Salmon fillets are then placed on a baking sheet, seasoned with salt and pepper, and coated with the prepared sauce.
The salmon is baked in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit) for approximately 12 to 16 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. For a caramelized finish, the broiler can be used for the last minute or two.
Once removed from the oven, the dish is garnished with pomegranate seeds and fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro before serving hot.
