He admitted that he doesn't know his current condition because he neglected the necessary follow-up checks.

In a candid post, Hochman wrote, "Don't worry, it hasn't returned. I hope not. I don't know because I haven't had an MRI for two years, until this morning. How irresponsible of me to have one removed and not check on the other. Lucky you follow me, because I don't follow myself. It's amazing that Duolingo reminders give me guilt, but a test that could reveal cancer doesn't. May God give me the strength to be as responsible for my health as I am for my sons' health. Alright, I'm going into the loudest machine there is to see what's going on down there. I'll update with the results in two weeks."

Hochman's statement indicates he only decided to undergo the MRI on the morning of his post, after a two-year hiatus from the procedure. He shared this decision with his followers in real-time, acknowledging that their attention helped him confront his own lack of diligence regarding his health.

Previously, Hochman battled testicular cancer, which resulted in the surgical removal of one of his testicles. Since then, he has actively raised public awareness about the importance of testicular self-examinations.
