Itamar Nitzan Resigns as Bnei Yehuda Youth Team Coach
Itamar Nitzan has resigned from his position as the coach of the Bnei Yehuda youth team. Nitzan, who led the team to win the State Cup last season, managed his final game on Tuesday evening.
Last season, Nitzan's Bnei Yehuda team finished ninth in the league with 46 points, topping the lower playoff group. This season, the team began with five points from six games, narrowly avoiding the relegation zone on goal difference.
Nitzan retired from professional football in 2024 after a notable career. During his playing days, he spent four years with Beitar Jerusalem and also represented the Israeli national team once as a goalkeeper.
