BDO Academy Launches Management Training Program with Scholarships for Veterans
BDO Academy is expanding its management training initiatives with the launch of its new "Business First" program, designed for emerging managers and entrepreneurs. This program will focus on equipping participants with practical skills for navigating the evolving business landscape. The inaugural cohort will be limited to 30 individuals selected by an admissions committee.
The curriculum will feature business case studies, hands-on management tools, and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into work processes. The faculty includes prominent figures from the business and financial sectors, such as Lilach Asher-Topilsky, a partner at FIMI Fund and former CEO of Discount Bank; Avner Stepak, co-founder and co-chairman of Meitav; Yair Avidan, former Superintendent of Banks; and Ofer Feldman, co-managing partner at Canada Israel.
As part of its commitment to supporting veterans, BDO Academy will offer a NIS 5,000 scholarship to eligible discharged soldiers who are accepted into the program. This initiative aims to aid them in their professional development and transition into management roles. Avi Kaufman, a partner at BDO and CEO of BDO Academy, stated, "The business world is changing rapidly, and managers today are required to acquire new tools on an ongoing basis. In the program, we have combined strategy, management, and AI with direct interaction with experienced managers and business people."
