Mayan Adam's Mami Club Sells Entire Building in Greece for Millions
The consumer club Mami, founded by Israeli television presenter Mayan Adam, has expanded its real estate ventures with a new project in Loutraki, Greece. The project, HORIZA LOUTRAKI, was offered exclusively to Mami club members starting at 99,000 euros per apartment. High demand upon the sale's opening led to the entire building being sold for tens of millions.
This marks Mami's third real estate project for its members, following successful ventures in Cyprus in November 2025, where two entire buildings were sold in under a week, and a project in Rehovot, Israel, in May, which sold 72 apartments in three days. The HORIZA LOUTRAKI project, a collaboration with Palmo Group and Kesher Aviation, involves renovating an existing hotel into 75 beachfront apartments. The complex includes amenities like a pool, gym, spa, restaurant, and rooftop bar.
The purchase package includes furnishings, acquisition taxes, notary fees, land registry, and an option for rental management for owners when the property is not in use. Buyers also receive a two-night stay in Greece, a $1,000 voucher for Kesher Aviation, and 10,000 Mami Money points.
Mayan Adam stated that the unprecedented consumer power and trust from Mami's members in making significant financial decisions demonstrate their ability to quickly recognize valuable opportunities. She added that this is just the beginning of their real estate endeavors.
