Maccabi Tel Aviv Solves Registration Issue for New Defender
Maccabi Tel Aviv is reportedly close to resolving the registration issue for their new right-back, James Tavernier. To make space for Tavernier, who has been training with the team for several days, the club plans to release current squad member Kerwin Andrade. It remains uncertain if Tavernier's registration will be completed in time for the upcoming match against Hapoel Be'er Sheva on Monday evening. If not, he will be registered shortly thereafter, and Andrade will depart to allow for a new foreign player.
Meanwhile, a solution for striker Jhon Mosquera has not yet been found, and he remains with the team. Maccabi Tel Aviv is seeking a way to register a new foreign player to replace the Moldovan forward. Mosquera, recovering from a serious injury, wishes to return to play soon and does not want to join a team where he can only be registered in the January transfer window.
In other team news, Noam Ben Harush is expected to replaceרוי רביבו as the left-back for the upcoming game. Gabi Kanyukovsky is set to start in his renewed debut.
