Yavne Cinematheque Launches Fall Season with New Films and Shows
The Yavne Cinematheque is launching its fall season following a successful summer, during which thousands of residents attended screenings. The new season, running through September and October, will feature highly discussed films of the period, alongside stand-up comedy shows and lectures.
Programming includes family films such as "Toy Story 5," "Minions and Monsters," "Moana," and "Paw Patrol: The Movie." For older audiences, screenings will include "The Odyssey" and "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse."
In addition to film screenings, the Cinematheque will host stand-up comedy events. Comedian Daniel Styopin, known from the show "Kupa Rashit," is scheduled to perform on October 22, followed by Idan Alterman on November 21.
The "Pre-Premiere Cinema" series will continue, offering screenings of films before their wide release, accompanied by expert lectures. This series is currently full, and due to high demand, the Cinematheque is considering adding another session.
