Emergency Medical Response Bolstered in Gedera with New Motorcycles

United Hatzalah's Shurak region branch held a celebratory New Year event where three life-saving emergency motorcycles were presented to local volunteers. The ceremony, which took place in Gedera, was attended by local council head Sahar Pinto and deputy head Shalom Azrad.

One of the new motorcycles was given to Nir Bezek, a respected and long-serving volunteer with the organization. The addition of these vehicles aims to significantly reduce response times for medical emergencies in Gedera and the surrounding areas, ensuring faster initial medical care for residents.

Head of the local council, Sahar Pinto, praised the initiative, stating, "The addition of the motorcycle is important news for the residents of Gedera. Nir Bezek, a Gedera honoree, is an example of giving, dedication, and mission for the community. We are proud of him and all the volunteers of United Hatzalah, who are available at all hours and work to provide quick, life-saving treatment."
