Jerusalem Teen Caught After Reckless ATV Ride Damages Public Property
A 16.5-year-old was filmed driving an ATV recklessly in a public area of Jerusalem, causing damage to public property and carrying a passenger without a license. The incident took place during traffic police activity in the Jerusalem District.
Police later located the teen, took action for the traffic offenses he committed, and disabled the ATV, removing it from the road. He was summoned to court.
Municipal enforcement officers also issued him citations under local bylaw regulations. Police said he was caught after the dangerous ride was documented, and the case was handled as a traffic and municipal enforcement matter.
