Bnei Sakhnin is working on its roster for next season and wants to strengthen the squad, including with players from the second division. According to Sport5, the club has identified Hapoel Kfar Saba winger Niv Tobol as a target.
The 22-year-old came through Hapoel Haifa’s youth system and scored seven goals this season. He also had a stint at Ironi Tiberias, but did not play a single minute there. In total, Tobol has 14 appearances for Hapoel Haifa in all competitions, one of them as a starter.
At the same time, Sakhnin is unhappy with the conduct of midfielder Omer Abu Haav, whom it had wanted to keep after he made 32 appearances in all competitions this season. Abu Haav wants to leave, and a club source told Sport5, “We gave him the chance in the Premier League, people raised eyebrows when we signed him. We hope he will respect us and continue.”
