Crime Boss Yossi Musli Detained, Questioned Over Undocumented Workers

Israeli police detained prominent crime figure Yossi Musli and his wife, Rachli, for questioning on Monday evening after undocumented workers were found at their home in Savyon. Three individuals identified as residents of the territories, who were reportedly performing renovation work, were arrested as illegal laborers. Musli and his wife were initially detained on suspicion of employing them.

Police stated that during an operational activity to enforce an administrative restriction order on Musli, detectives arrived at his home and discovered three construction workers. A preliminary check revealed the workers were residents of the territories without legal permits. The Muslis were questioned on suspicion of employing these individuals.

However, the Muslis' attorneys, Haim Eldar and Hila Shavu, asserted that their clients were unaware the workers were undocumented. They explained that the Muslis had hired a contractor for repairs, who brought the workers and claimed to have proper permits. The attorneys added that the couple had verified the contractor's license and the workers' permits. Following a thorough investigation, Yossi and Rachli Musli were released, with their legal representation emphasizing that the couple acted lawfully and committed no offense.

The site supervisor was also detained for questioning under caution on suspicion of employing undocumented workers. The police confirmed the arrest of the three workers and the detention of the homeowners for questioning regarding the employment of illegal laborers.
