Haredi Community Celebrates Multiple Religious Events and Anniversaries

The Haredi community has been the scene of numerous religious celebrations and gatherings in recent days. A significant event was the bar mitzvah of Yaakov Yissachar Ber Horowitz, grandson of the Nadvorna Rebbe, held in the sect's grand hall. The celebration was attended by many other rebbes, rabbis, family members, and local residents.

In preparation for the High Holy Days, several rebbes have been actively engaging with their followers. Rabbi Elimelech Biderman, a prominent Hasidic preacher, delivered a strengthening sermon to the Spinka Hasidim in Ramat Beit Shemesh. The Erloy Rebbe visited Meron with his students for prayers and a "l'chaim" gathering near the tomb of Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, offering words of inspiration for the upcoming Days of Awe. The Seret Vizhnitz Rebbe visited Beitar, meeting with his congregants for counsel and blessings, and also performed a "chalaka" (hair-cutting ceremony) for the son of a community activist.

Further events included the wedding of the first great-granddaughter of the Mohnovokha-Belz Rebbe, where the Rebbe surprised attendees by relinquishing honors to other grandfathers, taking only the reading of the Ketubah. In Givatayim, a monument was erected for Rabbi Chaim Dov Halperin, son of the Voislov Rebbe, attended by his father, father-in-law, and other family members and Hasidim.

Discussions and revelations also took place regarding the Satmar Rebbe. He reportedly explained his decision to meet with former President Trump, emphasizing the importance of the blessing "who has not made me a gentile." Additionally, details emerged about the division of the Satmar Rebbe's inheritance, including valuable silver and gold items, among his seven children and sons-in-law.

Other notable events included the wedding of the Skver Rebbe's great-granddaughter in Bnei Brak, a departure from tradition, and the bar mitzvah of the son of social media star Dudi Keppler in Jerusalem, attended by rabbis, public figures, and industry leaders. The Vizhnitz Rebbe's granddaughter became engaged in Ora, and a "vort" (engagement celebration) was held at his residence.
