Teen Arrested in Jerusalem's Old City for Animal Cruelty
A 15-year-old boy was arrested in Jerusalem's Old City after surveillance cameras captured him kicking a cat. Observers from the "Matat 2000" control center identified the incident in real-time near the Lions' Gate and alerted police.
