Levante Negotiates Loan Deal to Send Israeli Player Taayi Abed to Sevilla

Israeli footballer Taayi Abed is close to leaving Spanish club Levante during the current transfer window, with advanced negotiations underway for a loan move to Sevilla. The proposed deal includes an option for Sevilla to purchase Abed, but no final agreement has been reached yet. The transfer also requires approval from PSV Eindhoven, which still holds certain rights from Abed's previous transfer and has not yet received full payment from Levante.

Levante acquired Abed from PSV Eindhoven in installments, with a significant portion of the transfer fee still outstanding. Despite ongoing talks, the deal remains incomplete. Sevilla's interest in Abed reportedly stems from his relatively low market value, estimated at around one million euros, and Levante's willingness to loan him out. However, Sevilla is cautious due to Abed's limited role last season, where he made only seven appearances totaling 110 minutes, failing to establish himself as a key player.

The outcome of the negotiations remains uncertain, but the possibility of Abed joining Sevilla on loan appears realistic at this stage. Both clubs continue discussions to finalize the terms, while PSV's consent is awaited to complete the transfer process.
