Zehut Party Leader Feiglin Reveals Extortion Plot Linked to Bar-Ilan Lecturer's Arrest Moshe Feiglin, chairman of the Zehut Party, revealed that extortionate letters he received for years were part of a plot by a Bar-Ilan University mathematics lecturer. The lecturer, who has been indicted for planning terror attacks against Arab citizens, allegedly sought to involve Feiglin in his activities. The university has suspended the lecturer.
