West Bank Becomes Israel’s Central Political and Security Front After October 7 Attacks
Since the October 7 attacks, the West Bank (Judea and Samaria) has emerged as the focal point of Israel’s political, security, and diplomatic challenges. The possibility of a large-scale attack originating from the West Bank, involving tens of thousands of Palestinian Authority fighters breaching Israeli communities, is no longer hypothetical but seen as inevitable.
