Iran Confirms Direct Command Over Hezbollah Operations Against Israel in Lebanon

Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, publicly affirmed Iran's ongoing commitment to Hezbollah and its leadership role on the Lebanese front against Israel. In a speech delivered at the Iranian legislature, Ghalibaf revealed that he maintains direct contact with Hezbollah commanders and fighters, personally knowing each young combatant on the front lines. He emphasized that the resistance line will not be broken.

This statement follows reports of an intense Israeli attack on a Hezbollah stronghold in the Al-Tahhar area, described as a strategic underground complex housing many militants. The confrontation underscores the escalating tensions between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Additionally, Amir Hatami, Iran's Armed Forces Chief, echoed similar sentiments, asserting that Iran will not retreat until the United States and Israel are defeated in the region. He warned against any escalation in Lebanon against their "brothers," signaling Iran's firm stance on maintaining its influence and military objectives through Hezbollah.
