Yaakov Bardugo Praises Likud Ministers Levin, Kra'i, and Zohar Despite Past Disagreements

Political analyst Yaakov Bardugo addressed the recent controversy surrounding the reserved spots for Israel Katz, Gideon Sa'ar, and Haim Katz on the Likud party list and its impact on other senior party members. In an interview on Tuesday, Bardugo was asked about the effect of these reserved positions on ministers Yariv Levin, Miki Zohar, and Shlomo Kra'i. Despite previous disagreements with these ministers, Bardugo praised their work and expressed confidence in their continued integration within the party.

Bardugo acknowledged having had "ups and downs" with Levin, Zohar, and Kra'i during the current term but described these as legitimate internal debates within the right-wing camp, which he considers his political family. He emphasized the significant contributions of each minister: Zohar's extensive work in the Ministry of Sports, Kra'i's success in passing the Communications Law, and Levin's role in elevating the legal debate.

Looking ahead, Bardugo expressed certainty that the next Likud list would include Levin, Zohar, and Kra'i, bringing strong execution capabilities to the party. He concluded by predicting that the Likud leadership would be "very respectable, very honorable," and would lead the party to victory over the Israeli left in the upcoming elections.
