Expanded Campus for Torah and Prayer Opens in Ramat D Neighborhood

The "Kehilot HaChassidim" community and residents of the Ramat D neighborhood celebrated the completion of a major expansion and renovation of their large synagogue complex. The upgraded campus now includes the main synagogue hall, multiple shtieblach (small prayer rooms), annex rooms, and improved facilities, all adjacent to a previously established ornate mikveh (ritual bath). For years, the building has served hundreds of community members with dozens of daily prayer services and a large Torah study hall housing an extensive library used around the clock.

The recent expansion adds spacious and elegant new prayer halls, annex rooms, a wardrobe area, and a banquet hall named "R' Yeshayel's Kach." This development allows hundreds of worshippers to pray in tranquility, conveniently close to the mikveh, all within a single campus without unnecessary movement. The Torah study hall was also enlarged to provide a peaceful environment for learners.

This project was made possible through significant donations from community members and neighborhood residents during a special fundraising campaign about six months ago. The grand dedication ceremony took place on the Sabbath of Etchanan-Nachamu, featuring special events for all ages, including elders and youth, with expressions of gratitude and praise to God for reaching this milestone.

Hundreds of neighborhood residents and local community rabbis participated in the celebratory Kiddush Levana (sanctification of the moon) held on the Sabbath, marking an important milestone for the Ramat D neighborhood and the Kehilot HaChassidim community.
