מאת שיר לוי

The story · English

This simple and flavorful fish recipe is ideal for a Shabbat main course, combining garlic, lemon, and fresh herbs for a rich and refreshing taste. The dish requires only a few ingredients: four fillets of tilapia or salmon, olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, chopped parsley or cilantro, salt, black pepper (optional), and lemon slices for serving. Preparation involves mixing olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper, then pouring the mixture over the fish fillets placed skin-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. The fish is baked at 190 degrees Celsius for 15 to 18 minutes until cooked through and easily flaked with a fork. Cooking time may be adjusted depending on the thickness of the salmon. This quick and impressive dish is perfect for a hassle-free Shabbat meal.
