Israeli AI Firm Encore AI Raises $30 Million Led by Client-Investors to Expand Global Reach

Encore AI, formerly known as Insait, has secured $30 million in a Series A funding round led by Team8 and Planven, alongside Garage, Lukatz, and several global financial institutions. These investors initially engaged with Encore as clients and chose to invest after witnessing the platform's tangible impact on their business operations. This latest funding follows the company's seed round completed after its founding in 2022.

Dr. Dvir Ginzburg, CEO and co-founder of Encore AI, explained that the company focuses on enhancing the entire customer interaction process with organizations. He noted that current AI communications are often frustrating and lack engagement, whereas Encore offers a novel technology that creates AI agents people want to interact with. The company uniquely integrates numerical, voice, and textual data to deliver personalized AI experiences, addressing the limitations of existing AI products.

Encore AI developed the patented Agentic AI platform based on Interaction Mining technology, which analyzes millions of organizational customer interactions, such as calls, chats, landing pages, emails, and CRM data, across sales, collections, service, and support processes. The platform identifies effective work patterns and transforms them into autonomous AI agents or real-time assistance tools for human representatives, aiming to boost revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Founded in 2022 by AI expert Dr. Ginzburg, who holds a PhD in Geometric Deep Learning from Tel Aviv University and previously worked at Microsoft on recommendation systems and personalization, Encore AI currently employs about 50 people across Israel, New York, and Australia. The company serves over 30 organizations worldwide, including banks, insurance companies, and healthcare providers, where customer experience is critical.

The new funds will be used to expand and implement Encore's platform across additional enterprise clients globally, accelerate product development, and grow commercial operations. Ginzburg emphasized that the investment from clients such as Harel and Bank Leumi’s Garage reflects confidence in AI’s positive role rather than a threat.
