Former Legal Advisor Calls for Administrative Detention of Attorney General Galit Baharav-Miara

Cohen stated that he has been calling for three years for her administrative detention, arguing that her conduct has become increasingly extreme and that it is time to investigate her. He suggested that if Baharav-Miara had voluntarily testified and handed over her phone in the 'Koach 100' case and other investigations, the scrutiny she faces might have been less severe. However, given the accumulation of cases, actions, and allegations against her, Cohen emphasized that a formal investigation is now necessary.
