Amot and Allied Launch Design Complex at The Park Tower in Bnei Brak
Amot and Allied Real Estate officially launched a new design complex at The Park Tower in Bnei Brak amid challenges in leasing office space there. The event, attended by around 700 architects, interior designers, and business professionals, featured performances by singer Ivri Lider and appearances by the new presenters of Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, Emily Damari and Daniel Amit. The duo recently began starring in a joint TV campaign promoting the complex, with the investment estimated at several million shekels.
Separately, BBB Group, led by CEO Ahava Turgeman, signed a lease for approximately 400 square meters in the upcoming Sheba HealthTech Valley commercial center near Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer. The group will operate three brands there, paying about 500 shekels per square meter monthly, with total investment around 12 million shekels.
In a separate event, brothers Yossi and Shlomi Amir, owners of Shufersal, hosted a ceremony to dedicate 18 Torah scrolls donated in memory of fallen IDF soldiers and civilians from the recent Iron Swords war. The event took place at the Avenue Congress Center near the airport, attended by thousands including bereaved families, Professor Miriam Adelson, former Mossad chief Dedi Barnea, Police Commissioner Danni Levy, and Prison Service Commissioner Kobi Yakobi. The scrolls will be placed in synagogues chosen by the families.
In corporate appointments, Eitan Damari was named CEO of MedOne, a server farm and cloud services company, replacing Roni Sade who will become company president. Shirran Kashkash was appointed marketing VP and Or Ben Eli as VP of retail and business development at Mei Eden. Qualcomm announced it is acquiring Israeli cybersecurity firm SAM Seamless Network for a minimum of $100 million.
