Ben David Group Launches Major Residential Towers Project in Maale Adumim Targeting Religious Zionist Community
The Ben David Group has initiated a flagship urban renewal project called "Adumim Towers" in Maale Adumim, introducing 750 new housing units across seven towers, including one 31-story and six 26-story buildings. The development features a 3,000-square-meter commercial promenade, a large green park, and leisure facilities, aiming to offer a high-quality living environment for religious Zionist and Anglo communities.
With pre-sale prices under 22,000 NIS per square meter, the project provides a more affordable alternative to Jerusalem's real estate market, where comparable properties exceed 40,000 NIS per square meter. Thanks to recent infrastructure improvements like the French Hill tunnels and the Merkaz Kav road, Maale Adumim is now effectively a suburb of Jerusalem, just a 12-minute drive away without traffic lights.
Located in the city center near municipal offices, educational institutions, and shopping centers, the project includes spacious apartments ranging from two to six rooms and penthouses. Architectural planning by Bitman Ben Tzur office ensures modern green building standards, with amenities such as a luxurious lobby, synagogue, gym, underground parking, electric vehicle charging preparation, VRF air conditioning, and a pneumatic waste disposal system.
The community focus is strong, catering primarily to religious Zionist families with access to a full educational network from daycare to yeshiva within walking distance. The project also offers extensive green spaces, children's playgrounds, and direct connections to the city's bike path network.
Yochai Noy, Vice President of Projects at Ben David Group, emphasized the group's 50-year track record and financial stability, highlighting the project's role in meeting the needs of quality religious-national families seeking proximity to Jerusalem without compromising lifestyle or community values. The group currently manages over 40 projects and 10,000 housing units in various stages of planning and construction.
"Adumim Towers" represents a new residential standard in Maale Adumim, combining modern living, commerce, and green spaces in the heart of the city, with strategic financial backing ensuring swift execution and buyer confidence.
