Greek club Panionios in advanced talks to sign Goni Naor
Goni Naor, who is still under contract with Maccabi Haifa, is in advanced talks with Panionios, according to a report Thursday in the Greek outlet Mikriliga. The second-division club could keep the midfielder in Greece for a second consecutive season.
Naor spent last season on loan at Larissa, also in Greece, after arriving from Maccabi Haifa. He made 19 appearances in the second half of the season for Larissa, following six appearances earlier in the green shirt of Maccabi Haifa.
