This Monday's television programming in Israel includes a variety of content, with a focus on the anniversary of the October 7th events, alongside new and returning series and films. Pritivi is now offering all six seasons of the Emmy-winning dystopian drama "The Handmaid's Tale," based on Margaret Atwood's novel. The series, which has 66 episodes in total and stars Elisabeth Moss, depicts a totalitarian theocracy called Gilead, established in the former United States, where fertile women are enslaved as reproductive surrogates. The story follows June Osborne's struggle for survival and resistance after being separated from her family and forced into servitude. The show previously aired in Israel on Hot and Yes.
Disney+ is premiering a new "Family Guy" Halloween special, "Happy Hell-O-ween," sending characters Brian and Stewie to hell to account for their past actions. Kieran Culkin voices the devil in the special, alongside the regular voice cast including Seth MacFarlane and Mila Kunis.
S selection of films is also available on various platforms. Cellcom TV is featuring "Frances Ha" (2012) and "Her" (2013), while Netflix offers "The Purge: Anarchy" (2014). HBO Max subscribers can watch the season finale of "Lanterns" as well as the films "Youth" and "Collision."
Additionally, the documentary "Special Forces - 669" will be broadcast on Keshet 12 at 10:55 PM.
