בית משפט השלום בתל אביב פסק כי מלון לאונרדו קלאב בטבריה ישלם פיצויים בסך כ-158 אלף שקלים לפעוט שנפצע במגלשת מועדון הילדים של המלון. הפסיקה ניתנה לאחר שנקבע כי לא התקיים פיקוח מספק על הפעוט בזמן שהשתמש במתקן. הפעוט נפגע כתוצאה מנפילה מהמגלשה, כאשר נסיבות האירוע הובילו להחלטת בית המשפט לחייב את המלון בפיצויים.
