השפית והעיתונאית רותי רוסו תיארה תקרית מכוערת שאירעה בבית קפה בתל אביב, במהלכה לקוח החל להשפיל ולצעוק על יזם חרדי עמו קבע פגישה. רוסו, שהייתה עדה למקרה, התערבה וצעקה על הלקוח המתנהג באלימות מילולית. היא סיפרה כי מעולם לא צעקה כך בעבר, אך הרגישה שאין לה ברירה אלא להתערב ולהגן על היזם החרדי.
