דירקטוריון חברת הוט מובייל החליט למנות את דגנית קרמר לתפקיד המנכ"לית החדשה. קרמר, שכיהנה בעבר כמשנה למנכ"ל פרטנר, תחליף את אילן ברוק, שפרש מהתפקיד באוגוסט לאחר שבע שנים.

המינוי מגיע לאחר השלמת העברת השליטה בחברה לבעלים החדשים: דלק ישראל וקרן קיסטון, המחזיקות ב-40% כל אחת, ולאומי פרטנרס, המחזיקה ב-20% הנותרים. העסקה, שבוצעה במסגרת מכרז של קבוצת הוט, הוערכה ב-1.2 מיליארד שקל בתוספת חוב של 600 מיליון שקל, מה שמשקף שווי פעילות כולל של 1.8 מיליארד שקל להוט מובייל.
