מפלגת הליכוד הגישה עתירה לוועדת הבחירות המרכזית בדרישה להפסיק את פעילות מיזם "FLY&Aid", המסייע לישראלים בחו"ל להגיע ארצה כדי להצביע בבחירות.

לטענת הליכוד, המיזם מהווה "גוף פוליטי באופן מובהק המנסה להשפיע על מערכת הבחירות". העתירה הוגשה ליושב ראש ועדת הבחירות, השופט נעם סולברג, בבקשה שישתמש בסמכותו להורות למיזם לחדול מפעילותו.

העתירה מצביעה על כך שהמיזם פועל באופן שמטרתו להשפיע על תוצאות הבחירות, וכי יש להגביל את פעילותו.
